Dorah Sitole is the author of the cookbooks Recipes with a Touch of Africa, Cape to Cairo, a taste of Africa and it's sequel, Cooking from Cape to Cairo.
She was food editor at True Love magazine for 14 years and is now a freelance food writer, recipe developer and food stylist. She also presents TV cooking shows and hosts cooking workshops. She received two Food Icon of the Year awards in 2019, one from Food XX Women In Food and one at the Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards.
