Sizakele Nkosi grew up in Soweto. She has been a facilitator of poetry and jazz sessions for many years through her platform, House of Siza. She currently teaches creative writing at Sol Plaatje University in Kimberley, is the co-host of the Art Lexcia Podcast and serves on the Culture Sector Committee for the SA National Commission for UNESCO.
