Duncan Clarke discusses fifty years of writing texts in various forms. He established Royal Sable Publishing in 2021.

Duncan Clarke was born in Salisbury (now Harare) in 1948. He founded Global Pacific & Partners in 1978. The firm established the African Institute of Petroleum and the PetroAfricanus Club, published numerous works for private clients and distributed Worldwide Daily Oil & Gas News. Clarke undertook research on national oil companies and conducted strategy briefings as part of the firm’s global suite of oil and energy conferences. He lives in the UK.
