Mike Burton was school principal at All Saints College in the Eastern Cape in the1980s and 1990s. All Saints College, a secondary school offering world class education to children classified Black by the apartheid government, was established by Richard Todd outside Bisho in what was then the Ciskei homeland. The school opened in 1986 and closed in 1997.
