Nnedi Okorafor is a novelist of Nigerian descent living in Illinois, USA. She is the author of Zahrah the Windseeker (winner of the Wole Soyinka Prize for Literature in Africa), The Shadow Seeker (winner of the Carl Brandon Parallax Award) and Long Juju (winner of the Macmillan Writer's Prize for Africa).

John Jennings is the curator of MEGASCOPE and illustrator of Kindred: a graphic novel adaptation and Sower: a graphic novel adaptation. He is Professor of Media and Cultural Studies at the University of California, Riverside.

David Brame has worked on the comics Is'nana the Were-spider, MediSIN, Baaaad Muthaz, Box of Bones and Necromancer. He lives in Mexico.
