Job Shipululo Amupanda is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Management and Political Studies at the University of Namibia. He served as a Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences (2016–2021) and as Mayor of Windhoek (2020-2021).
