"Zenzile brings together a deeply South African experience with a global perspective. It is in relation to the Palestinian struggle, the Cuban revolution and those of the foundation nations of the human family that his internationalism and indigenous identification shine through." Fr Michael Lapsley, Anglican priest and social justice activist.

Cultural activist and journalist Zenzile Khoisan went into exile when he was seventeen and was active in the anti-apartheid movement. He returned to South Africa in 1995 and served as an investigator for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. He was the producer of the radio programme Bushman Beat at Bush Radio and his articles have appeared in various South African newspapers. He lives in Cape Town.
