Jan Coetzee is Senior Researcher, Department of Sociology, University of the Free State, and programme director for The Narrative Study of Lives.

Asta Rau is outgoing Director of the Centre for Health Systems Research & Development, University of the Free State.

Magdalena Wojciechowska is a lecturer in the Department of Organisations and Management, Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Łodz, Poland. She is Executive Editor of the international online journal Qualitative Sociology Review.
