In this fully revised edition Tim Lundy re-walked each of the routes. He replaces four outdated routes with new hikes and provides up-to-date route descriptions, directions and maps, as well as new colour photographs.

The late Mike Lundy (1941-2015) wrote several books and many magazine and newspaper articles on walking and hiking.

Tim Lundy is an accredited mountain guide, trail designer and a volunteer with Wilderness Search and Rescue Western Cape. He is the author of Family Walks in Cape Town and co-hosts hiking talks on CapeTalk radio station.
