Autobiography of former Royal Air Force fighter pilot Rick Peacock-Edwards.
Educated in South Africa, Peacock-Edwards joined the RAF in 1965 and retired as an air commodore in 1999. During his career he flew the Lightning, Phantom, Tornado F2/3, Gnat and other high-performance aircraft and served in senior-ranking positions in the UK, Germany and the USA. He was associated with the Eurofighter Typhoon programme and served as the RAF Inspector of Flight Safety. A past master of The Honourable Company of Air Pilots, he is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a former Vice-chairman of the Royal Air Force Club in London.
