 Medical doctor and business strategist Roger Stewart is a former Associate Professor of Human Physiology, University of Stellenbosch, and lead partner of the enterprise consulting practice, Business Sculptors. A collector of historical maps, he has written many articles and three monographs on African maps and their associated history. He is the South African representative of the International Map Collectors’ Society and chairs the Bibliophiles in Cape Town. His map collection is now conserved at the University of South Africa and Stanford University, USA.
