Masixole Ncevu was born in the Eastern Cape in 1990 and graduated from the Vega School of Photography in Cape Town in 2015. His work, while mainly photographic, incorporates drawings, film, text and sound. He is inspired by the immaterial world, postcolonial theory and decolonial ideologies.
