Glenda Mary Warburton (b. 1953) grew up in Eswatini (formerly Swaziland). She worked for the South African Broadcasting Corporation in Johannesburg, as a news editor and sometime broadcast journalist for the Swaziland Broadcasting and Information Service, as a sub-editor for The Times of Swaziland, news anchor for Swaziland Television, and stringer for various international news agencies. She self-published her first novel, Tell it to the Wind - The Story of an African Lion in 2012.
