Costa Ayiotis is a former lawyer, UN diplomat and restaurateur. Former owner of the Lemonia Greek Taverna in Hout Bay, he currently serves as an advisor, presenter, and contributor on data ethics for the Data Management Association of Southern Africa. He lives in Johannesburg.
