Red Location Cultural Precinct is a project in Red Location, a district of New Brighton's township in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Jo Noero and his studio, with offices in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth, have worked on this project for 15 years. The precinct includes a Museum of Struggle, PELIP housing, an art gallery and a digital library and archive. Proposed are two performances spaces, a conference venue and a school of music and art.

Architect Samanta Bartocci is a research fellow at the DADU of University of Sassari.
