Avinash Govindjee is a Judge of the High Court of South Africa (Eastern Cape Division) and Honorary Professor of the Department of Public Law, Nelson Mandela University.

Evance Kalula is Chairperson of the ILO Committee on Freedom of Association, Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Cape Town and an Honorary Professor at the University of Rwanda. He is a fellow of the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study.
