Includes a new introduction by Ben Okri.
Twelve essays on the theme of freedom.
"Okri imbues these essays with a writer's insight ... And he does so in an inimitably sinuous yet abstract style well suited to his theme ... oblique, oneiric, rhapsodic, elliptical" Independent on Sunday
