Architect and urban designer Dr Luyanda Mpahlwa is Director of DesignSpaceAfrica. A former Robben Island political prisoner, he went into exile in Germany in 1986 and returned to South Africa in 2000. He is Adjunct Professor at the Africa Centre for Cities, University of Cape Town.

Organisational and management consultant and psychoanalyst Dr Klaus Doppler is co-founder and co-editor of the German trade journal Organizational Development, and the author of Change Management.
