Fred Daniel has won more than 20 cases over the past 15 years in magistrate's and high courts where his claims of corruption-related harassment by predator politicians who tried to grab land in Mpumalanga were found credible. The North Gauteng High Court was due to hear his damages claim again Deputy President D.D. Mabuza, government departments and officials amounting to more than R1 billion, but the case has been postponed.
