Antjie Krog's debut volume of poetry, Dogter van Jefta (1970), and the collection, Januarie-suite (winner of the 1973 Eugène Marais Prize), re-published in one volume.

Antjie Krog is the author of several volumes of poetry including Lady Anne (1989 Hertzog Prize) and Mede-wete (2015 Elizabeth Eybers Prize). Her non-fiction books include Begging to be Black and Country of My Skull, about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (winner of the Olive Schreiner Prize and the Alan Paton Prize in 1998). She is Extraordinary Professor at the University of the Western Cape.
