Professor Paul John Isaak, Pastor Juanita Naobes, Pastor Andries Pula Vilander and Rev Briaan Mbazuvara, all approved ELCRN pastors, served as researchers and editors for this book. Journalist, author, editor and member of the German Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia, Erika von Wietersheim, and Hans-Martin Milk, author of God's Feet or the Mission's Pack Donkey: Evangelists of Namibia, were also selected to work on the publication.
